Finance can be a complex and intimidating subject, particularly if you are not familiar with the terminology.
This workshop will help you gain a better understanding of financial concepts and how they work, enabling you to make more informed financial decisions for your business.
The workshop will provide you with practical financial skills that you can apply directly to your business. These will include topics such as budgeting, cash flow management, financial forecasting, and more.
Above all, each attendee with leave feeling much more confident about business finance

Group Finance Programmes
The aim of this programme is to empower you be more confident around your business numbers and business finance issues
Although this is a 12-month programme, your confidence will grow from day one and by the end of the programme you will be using the numbers to make better decisions about your business.
The first step on the programme is for me to have a quick review of your bookkeeping!
After the review and repair, we will meet monthly on zoom to cover all manner of trainings.
- We will look at how to do … so if you have any technical how to questions, bring them along.
- VAT – is it worth it and how do I go about registering and remaining compliant.
- Cashflow forecasts.
- The main reports and what they are for.
- Leading indicators for your business to help you foretell the future.
- We will concentrate every month on what the numbers are telling you and which can be improved.
- Any other finance questions you may have.Because we are meeting on Zoom, you will be able to have your accounts package open at the same time to follow along.
Due to the sensitive nature of what we will be discussing, the meetings should be a safe place and all participants are expected to respect this confidentiality and privacy.
