HOW I CAN WORK WITH YOU
Accounting is all about working with the numbers, but if the numbers aren’t correct to begin with this will cause both you and your client a huge headache down the line. I work with accountants to reduce the frustrations that result from bookkeeping by conducting a Bookkeeping review, conduct training and afterwards continue the support in order to help your client have accurate business numbers for you to work with.
BOOKKEEPING REVIEW
I will start the process by requesting access to your clients accounting software to perform a bookkeeping review. This will highlight any obvious errors and identify possible future problems or opportunities for improvement. Post bookkeeping review, a conversation with the client will take place to request their permission to fix and repair the errors. Alternatively, if the client prefers, I will automatically commence the fix and repair stage and issue a report explaining what has been done.
TRAINING
Blue Dragonfly Insights mission is to eradicate poor bookkeeping, not only through regular Bookkeeping reviews but also through practical training workshops and step-by-step courses all of which include a mixture of theory and practical advice. Your clients will be able to:
- Understand the finance jargon around bookkeeping and accounts
- Learn how best to use their bookkeeping software
- Attend intensive online group courses on Zoom
- Attend a group in-person Mastering Finance Workshop to educate themselves and their team (takes place in Oakham, Rutland)
- Have one-to-one coaching via Zoom
OUTSOURCED FINANCE COACHING
Once your client has had their initial bookkeeping review, the errors repaired and training given, the key is for them to continue having support. In order to help your client keep their bookkeeping accurate, I will become their outsourced Finance Coach and arrange regular check-ins with them around their numbers. So each you work with your client, you can be safe in the knowledge you are working with accurate numbers.
